Sealed Quotations for the followings works/ service are invited by the undersigned up to 2.00 PM 31-10-08. Quotations should be sent under strong sealed cover marked as “quotation for the watch and ward service/ cleaning service” and not by name. The quotation will be opened in the office of the undersigned at 2.00 PM of 1-11-08.

Term and conditions of security service/ Cleaning service:-

1. 1. The work/ duty order of the security agency will be given only after the verification of the genuineness and authenticity of the agency.


2. 2. Verification of the C/A and the background of the individual or agency floating the security agency should be made compulsory.


3. 3. All the members of the security agency will be appointed only after the receipt of verification report.


4. 4. The photo identity card (PIC) to the member of the security agency must be issued by the private management after completion of verification by police.


5. 5. Another danger to allow private security agency is the absorption of the individuals of suspected nationality because of easy and cheep availability. It would be made obligatory for management to produce PRC / Citizenship certificates for all of the security personal employed by them.


6. 6. The initial police verification will not be considered as the final ones. The system of police verification years should be made obligatory for management of such agencies.
